But how can you achieve this for a 150,000 sf monumental gateway building? We did it by turning the parking lot into a park. The professional office landscape plan features trees and mounded plantings disguising the asphalt and leading you to the building’s main entrance. There you will find a flowering seasonal display that will let you know that you have arrived!
